本八幡A地区再開発 事業協力者は前田建設
（市川市）本八幡A地区の第1種再開発事業の計画概要が明らかになった。来秋には本組合設立を予定しており、工事に着手するのは、19年秋頃の見込みだ。完成は22年を想定している。
同開発事業については先月29日、市川市役所で開かれた同市都市計画審議会の中で計画概要が報告・説明された。
それによると、事業主体は再開発準備組合（大場俊昭理事長）。京成八幡駅前に高層複合ビルを建設する計画。建物の構造・規模は、SRC・RC造地下2階地上41階建て延べ約9万4000平方ｍ。高さは約140ｍの超高層ビルで、19年10月頃の着工を予定している。
